Assist Station Manager to manage Airport Station with any task as delegated and smooth operation,take fully responsibilities during absent of Station Manager 协助站长管理机场相关事务,站长不在时全权负责管理确保航站平稳运营 2. Manage and supervise airport staffs in routine duties 管理和监督机场员工日常工作 3. Maintain smooth communication between station with CTO, HQ & other stations 保证机场与市区办公室、总部及各航站间的顺畅沟通 4. Manage and ensure safe and efficient airport operations 管理、保障机场航站在安全有效的情况下运营 5. Ensure on-time performance of flight by following implemented guidelines and checklist 根据指导方针和检查手册确保航班的正点率 6. Ensure airlines reputation and maintain customer service level at highest standard 保证航空公司的良好声誉和最高品质的服务 7. Develop and maintain good relation to customer and ensure efficient ground handling 管理地面服务公司提供高标准的服务以保持与客户的良好关系 8. Keep good relation with various department of airport 保持与机场各相关部门的良好关系 9. Lead, coach, develop and motivate handling agent in daily duties 在日常工作中领导、管理、开发和激励操作员工 10. Supervise and assist staff and ground handling agent during peak times, especially during irregular operations and when flight requires special attention 管理和协助机场员工处理好突发事件,包括但不限于旅客遣返或拒绝入境保障;负责VVIP/VIP/CIP等重要旅客的保障。在高峰时期特别是在不定期运行和需要特别注意的航班时监督和协助人员和地面操作代理 11. To ensure passengers are adequately briefed and their needs satisfied during delay and disruption 在航班延误或其他不正常情况下,确保旅客得到及时、正确的信息 12. Ensure complete and accurate documentation are delivered to aircraft and timely distribution to various departments 保证完整、正确的所需文件及时送达机组和相关部门 13. Establish and submit flight record database with all relevant documentation 建立和提交航班相关数据的收集记录 14. Prepare and submit reports and statistical information and basic cashier work as required by management 。 准备并提交相关数据和报告以及简单基础性的出纳工作。 15. Establish and maintain an organized working environment for airport staff 建立和维持机场工作人员良好的工作氛围 16. Documented handover between shifts to ensure smooth transition and continuation of operation 建立工作交接制度以保证工作的延续性和顺畅 17. Responsible for staff training and staff performance 负责员工培训和员工绩效考核 18. Check STPC/Meal vouchers/compensating MCO 检查STPC/餐券/ MCO补偿 19. Ensure that irregularities are handled at min cost 确保降低非正常航班的处理成本 职位要求 1、大学本科以上学历,具备良好的学习能力。具有客票销售经验和航站服务经验者优先。 2、具有流利的中英文听、说、读、写能力,具备良好的逻辑分析处理能力、语言表达能力及沟通协调能力,具备良好的团队合作精神,能接受挑战。 3、有PR或者相关工作经验者优先,需具备允许全职工作签证身份。 4、优秀团队协作能力,执行力,外貌形象端正,有亲和力,适合从事窗口服务工作。 5、工作时间:不定时工作制 (全职) 6、试用期3个月 7、工作地点:墨尔本 简历要求与投递方式 请将中英文简历发送至邮箱:[email protected] 格式:word文档格式 内附免冠一寸彩照及单人彩色生活照一张 招聘截止日期为7月20日,以简历接收日期为准。
